FREE DELIVERY ON ALL NATIONWIDE ORDERS OVER N10,000 (offer also applies to Accra deliveries).

We Deliver Nationwide – NIGERIA! + We deliver to Accra, Ghana as well (more countries to be added soon).

Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed and delivered. All domestic orders are delivered via various credible transport and/or logistics company.

*Please note during our seasonal drops and sales expect an additional 5-8 days delay in delivery. Free gifts, promotional or any items purchased during sales or with coupons are not returnable!

The delivery provider will vary depending on your location. You will receive a delivery notification email/text with tracking once your order is on its way.

We offer N1,500 Flat Rate Delivery for all orders (below N10,000) outside Kaduna Metropolis.

How do I return my item?

  • Enter your order number and other required details in the form below.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your order (*This form won’t function for orders older than 15 days)

  • They must be in original condition
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged in the original packaging

• Free gifts, promotional or any items purchased during sales or with coupons are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible to pay for the shipping for your return item. A Return Label will only be provided if it’s a mistake on our part.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in the form of store credit or with the original method of payment, within 10 working days after receiving your return.
  • Items must be shipped and received before a refund is issued.
